The Inland Empire Buckskin Horse Association, commonly known as IEBHA, is a charter club of the American Buckskin Registry Association. IEBHA is devoted to the promotion of ABRA as well as AQHA and other local charter clubs.
IEBHA hosts the Western States American Breed Congress every August in Moses Lake, WA. This show consist of ABRA classes, AQHA classes, and added money open futurities. This show is approved by ABRA, AQHA, MSQHA, IQHA, MQHA, and WSQHA.
